Laser welding technology is an efficient and precise method to join different metals. We can weld steel sheets up to 50 mm thick and aluminum sheets up to 6 mm thick. The advantages of this technology are high speed and precision, as the robot arm can guide welds at feed speeds of up to 10 m/min. In addition, minimal heat is applied to the component, resulting in virtually no thermal distortion. We can weld components ranging in size from 13x3x3 m and a weld seam of a few millimeters to large components. We can also achieve shape and position tolerances of 0.1mm.
Our laser welding machines are perfectly suited for small and large quantities as well as high precision requirements. Soldered joints are also possible with our equipment, whereby different metals can be joined. This further expands the application possibilities of our laser welding systems.
We are experts in laser welding of steel and aluminium. Due to the precise control of the laser beam, we can also realize complex welding seams.
